*Classic Eggs Benedict- two poached eggs on a toasted English muffin with imported ham, and hollandaise served open faced

*Crab Cake Benedict- two crab cakes, two poached eggs, sliced tomatoes, asparagus and hollandaise on a toasted English muffin served open faced

*Smoked Salmon Benedict- honey smoked salmon, two poached eggs, sliced tomatoes, spinach and hollandaise on a toasted English muffin served open faced

*Pork Chop– pan roasted pork ribeye with mushrooms, onions, bacon, scrambled eggs, beer mustard sauce, buttermilk biscuit

Drunken Ham and Cheese Bread Skillet- our drunken ham and cheese bread topped with two fried eggs, Cherrywood smoked bacon, hollandaise and asparagus served with fruit

Philly Cheese Steak Skillet- shaved sirloin with grilled onions, peppers, two poached eggs, hollandaise sauce and melted cheddar over crispy potato cakes served in a skillet with a biscuit

Shrimp and Grits– sautéed shrimp, Andouille sausage, caramelized onions, tomatoes, spinach, Norfolk Canyon ale sauce over cheese grits
