*Sautéed Crabmeat – lump crabmeat sautéed in garlic butter with chopped asparagus, tomatoes, mushrooms, parmesan and old bay hollandaise on herbed foccacia served open faced- 14.

*Smoked Salmon Scrambled Eggs- smoked salmon, scrambled eggs, tomatoes, spinach, mushrooms, crumbled feta and hollandaise on herbed focaccia served open faced- 14.

*Steak and Eggs– pan roasted New York Strip, mushrooms, onions, bacon, scrambled eggs, hollandaise sauce, buttermilk biscuit- 16.
